OUR AGENCY PHILOSOPHY

DBM was founded on the notion that it will break the norms of what an advertising/marketing agency traditionally are. We have all worked in the industry our whole career, or we’ve been on the client side, working with agencies, and getting frustrated with the way they operate and the unwillingness to change it for the better.

What we did was create an agency where the top level senior/management talent are the ones who do all the work, and are with the clients each week. We don’t hire people to just have them be a middle person to communicate between the doers & the client. That model is awful, and we believe will phase out in coming years. 

The captains of a sports team are expected to play the most minutes, make the most plays, and have the biggest impact on every game, right? In the advertising/marketing industry, it’s unfortunately very common that those “captains” are on the bench, taking long lunches, and are only seen when something goes wrong. We disagree with that way
of operating a company, that’s why our senior team members & leadership are the ones managing every client, managing every project, and executing that project to the perfection that our clients deserve.

If a client has a need at midnight on a Friday, they know they can call up our leadership team, and have their need taken care of, by that team, by the experts. In short, we are marketing mercenaries, that have absorbed the value of “what not to do”, and have crafted an agency for the future,
an agency built on trust, expertise, and work ethic. 

Did we mention that we were captains in every sport we’ve ever played? 


OUR "WHY"

Top performing Digital Marketing services should not only be available to large corporations with a budget of millions of dollars. We believe that small businesses, start-ups, and growing companies deserve to have the top marketing talent in the country work on their brand, and build them creative & digital work that goes toe-to-toe with the largest of brands, but for an affordable budget.

We don't believe in unnecessary overhead, which means we don't charge clients unrealistic costs for our services, like most agencies do. We get the job done at an affordable rate, so that the client can continue to grow. An agency should not be a road block for a brand, it should be a new set of tires, or an overhaul to the engine, to help them improve & evolve on their business journey.

We believe that our role as marketers, is not only to help our clients grow, but to help the world & culture around us become a better,
 more beautiful place. We believe in offering our services for free to foundations & movements that need it, because amplifying messages of hope & love should never remain silenced because of budgets or processes.
